In Memoriam

To all the plants that passed too soon. . .

Aloma Ivy (Spring 2019- Summer 2019)

I just can’t seem to figure out how to keep a healthy ivy; this is the second aloma to have passed under my care. While she survived the move from Muncie to Indianapolis to St. John, she did not last long after the reorganization of my room. I made the mistake of placing her in a low-light area of the room. Make sure to water them well and to give them all the sunshine they deserve.

Lavender Tree (Summer 2019-Summer 2019)

Gifted to me by my grandfather, I took this tree in after there was no room left for her in my garden. These trees love water, drainage, and ample sunlight. And unfortunately, I was unable to provide all three for her. Keep these trees outdoors! That is where they’ll thrive.
